new function

[ Globally unique index ]
A "globally unique index" is a unique index on a partitioned table that can use a non-partition key to ensure uniqueness across partitions. This feature is available in IvorySQL's Postgres mode and Oracle Compatibility mode.

A globally unique index can be created using the "GLOBAL" and "UNIQUE" clauses in a "CREATE INDEX" statement run against a partitioned table.

See the IvorySQL user documentation for details.
