ftp
3GPP has a FTP server open to the world: http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/ for various types of 3GPP protocols and meeting records. The main directory of 3GPP FTP is as shown in the figure below. The directory structure of FTP basically matches the organizational structure of 3GPP. The four folders tsg_ct, tsg_geran, tsg_ran, and tsg_sa correspond to documents related to the TSG_CT technical specification group, TSG_GERAN technical specification group, TSG_RAN technical specification group, and TSG_SA technical specification group. The Specs folder stores the protocol documents of each series of 3GPP:

Taking V2X as an example, I want to find relevant technical standards and reports.

About the difference between technical reports and technical specifications, as shown in the figure below:
picture reference link .
Proposal: refers to the communication proposal submitted by each company or organization;
Technical report: It is a report formed after the technical proposal has been evaluated by WG and accepted by TSG;
Technical specifications: WG re-evaluates the performance of proposals and technical reports. If there are no mistakes, technical specifications can be formed, and then they can become 3GPP specifications after being accepted and approved by TSG.
Search for V2X, as follows,
you can see some technical reports.
Take 37.885 as an example to download the technical report.
Go to 37_series first in the document directory, then find 37.885
and select the latest date to download (corresponding to the latest version).
For example, f10 and f30 are downloaded corresponding to versions 1.0 and 3.0, just look at the latest ones.
