The following is a tutorial for making a conference sign-in QR code, which is suitable for conferences, trainings, events and other scenarios . It should be noted that the current meeting sign-in template only provides a simple basic sign-in function, and does not support the import of the participant list in advance.
1. Enter the Forage QR code official website, register or log in to your account

2. Enter the template library and select the meeting sign-in template

Enter the template details page, you can simply preview the content of the template, view the description of the template, including the meeting introduction, sign-in form, etc. Then click [Single Creation Code] at the top of the page (if you need to create sign-in QR codes for multiple meetings, you can choose to generate codes in batches or modify templates in batches) to enter the QR code editing page.
3. Modify the template content in the editor, and fill in the meeting information as required

After it is turned on, before scanning the code to view the data summary for the first time, you must sign a confidentiality commitment, otherwise you will not be able to continue to view it.
The specific operation process is to click the setting button on the dynamic profile panel , set the people who can view the check-in records, and whether to enable the subscription function. 5. In the operation panel, set the content of the form that the participants need to fill in
The operation panel is the operation entrance after scanning the code, and the content of the form that participants need to fill in can be set in the "Conference Sign-in" template.
Click to modify the form, and based on the content of the template, you can freely drag and drop components such as name, ID number, mobile phone number, location, and handwritten signature in the component bar on the right to customize the information that participants need to fill in .
6. Check-in anti-falsification settings to prevent the phenomenon of signing on behalf of others
In order to avoid remote sign-in, or the situation of others signing on behalf of others , the grass QR code provides two anti-fraud methods in the "meeting sign-in" template.

The second method: Click the [Settings] button on the editor to set the viewing authority of the QR code . 7. Submit page settings, customize the jump page after signing in
