Assuming that there is already an android SDK locally
Configure environment variables
- Right click "My Computer"
- Find the environment variable (if you can’t find it in other versions of windows, just search)
- Open the environment variable device dialog box as follows
- Verify success: adb or adb root (if you have a device)
