Tip 1: Quick Alignment
Input boxes, pictures, etc. are added to the PPT, because when adding these attributes, the position is not certain, and some of them require us to manually align, so that the operation can be quickly aligned
Press and hold Ctrl to select all objects that need to be aligned, click Format, select Align,
Tip 2: Combination
We mentioned the quick alignment method above, in order to place all the added objects in a good position, but when we want to make some adjustments, there may be a change that involves all things to be changed, so if the layout of several elements is determined to be relatively fixed, we can combine them first. After the combination, the previous elements will become one element, and they will move together when moving

Then we can see that the two elements are in a frame, and if we want to change the number or position of the elements, we can choose to regroup.
Tip 3: Add logos in batches
Add a logo to each slide. If it is too time-consuming to manually add each slide, we can directly click View in the PPT toolbar, find the slide master, and then add the logo to the theme slide master.
Tip Four: Replace Fonts
To replace all the text fonts in the PPT with another, we can directly click Replace in the function bar, there is a function of replacing fonts in the editor, we can select the font we want to replace here
Tip Five: Add Common Toolbars
Because PPT has rich functions, some functions need to be found by ourselves, and it is a waste of time to use them. If you often use some functions, and each time you find a function, you need to click the function button several times to get it, then we can add the commonly used functions to the toolbar for our convenience
