As above, the test failed under win7 (64-bit) ie8, method 2:
Excel
(View Excel files in Excel instead of a browser window)
- Open the Browser
- SelectToolsfrom the Menu toolbar
- SelectInternet Options
- Select theAdvanced tab
- In the Browsing section,unchecktheReuse windows for launching shortcuts(when tabbed browsing is off)
- ClickOK

As above, the test was successful under win7 64-bit IE8 at home, but when you click on the link at home, you will be prompted to open and download. When you open it, you can browse directly in ie8, but the working environment is directly opened under ie8 without a dialog box. And the data in the opened excel are all old data. cache?
