Note: First, make sure that the peer end has opened the PPTP VPN service, the PPTP VPN account password, and the network is reachable.
Step 1: Open the settings of the computer --> Network and Internet
Step 2: Select dial-up, set up a new connection --> connect to the workspace
Step 3: Choose to create a connection
Step 4: Open and change the configuration, and see that a VPN connection is generated in it
Step 5: Click on the properties of the VPN connection, add the IP of the target host that opens the PPTP VPN service, and confirm
The sixth step, click connect, enter the account password to connect successfully
Step 7: After connecting to PPTP VPN, some people still need to connect to the Internet:
1. You can select the TCP/IP connection attribute in the network attribute of the PPTP VPN connection
2. Select Advanced Settings
3. Remove the check in front of "Use default gateway on remote network" on the General tab.
4. Disconnect and reconnect the PPTP VPN network.
