After using the proxy a few days ago, I found that I could not log in or synchronize my Microsoft account. The error code was 0x80190001. I searched many methods on the Internet, including resetting the network, deleting browsing history, modifying internet properties, checking the Microsoft Account Sing-in Assistant service, and resetting Onedrive.
Reason analysis: After calm thinking, this problem occurred after using a proxy, so some settings may be modified after proxying, and it is caused by being unable to connect to the server correctly.
Solution:
1. Select "Control Panel", click "Devices and Printers"
2. Select "Network and Internet", click "Proxy"
3. Click "Settings" and set "Use a proxy server" to "Off"
4. Set "Automatically detect settings" to "On"
