  • Administrative Options (Windows)

Dynamic Color Settings On Windows, the new "System" display theme uses the light or dark color of application windows to match the system application mode setting. On all platforms, the new system color scheme uses a light or dark session background depending on the system's display settings.

New Session Manager Icon (Windows) The icons in the Session Manager and connection dialogs now reflect the session's protocol, making it easier to visually identify the session type before connecting.

Resizable DialogsMap Selected Keys, Map Buttons, Command Properties and Text Import Wizard dialogs can be resized to accommodate more information, and the size will be remembered the next time the dialog is opened.

RDP Enhancements (Windows) RDP sessions can redirect audio, printers, clipboard, and keyboard shortcuts.

Administrative Options (Windows) New administrative options help enforce security best practices by preventing host keys from being saved. Management options that do not allow anti-idle functionality give administrators greater control over system resources.

Algorithm support SecureCRT now supports the x509v3-ecdsa-sha2 algorithm (RFC 6187) for keys stored in .pfx or .p12 files.

Text File Import Options Text file import now provides options to specify the saved credential title, port number, and session description.

Other Enhancements On Windows, default settings for local shell sessions can be configured. On all platforms, you can add optional descriptions to buttons on the button bar and commands in the Command Manager.
