(2) In the opened Registry Editor interface, open the registry key in turn : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Microsoft - > Windows -> CurrentVersion -> OOBE
(3) Right-click the blank space on the right side of the registry, and in the pop-up right-click menu item, select: New -> DWORD (32-bit) value (D) .
(4) Rename the newly created value to: BypassNRO , double-click to open the value of BypassNRO, then in the edit DWORD (32-bit) value window, change the value data to [1] , and then click [OK]. (5) Enter
