Use after successful installation: You can use the dbeaver tool to connect

clickhouse start //Start the default loading /etc/clickhouse-server/config.xml, other configuration files can be placed in config.d, it seems to be loaded by default, the file with the same name [eg: config.xml] will overwrite the external configuration file [config.xml]; there is a user password in the configuration file in the user.d folder, and there is no configuration password in user.xml at the same level. After deleting the password in user.d, the login does not require a password

Download the installation package from the official website:  https://packages.clickhouse.com/tgz/lts/   

Note: 1. It is best to keep the version of each installation package consistent when downloading, and the official website installation package is updated very quickly, fearing that it will not match.

      2. The installation package includes -arm64.tgz and -amd64.tgz, I am a centos system, and the -amd64.tgz version can be installed successfully!!!

      3. The new version of clickhouse comes with a keeper, which is self-developed by clickhouse, and it is said to solve the performance bottleneck

      4. The Chinese documents on the official website are not synchronized with the English documents, and the English documents are updated in real time.

      5. Many bloggers have written a configuration file called /etc/metrika.xml, and the versions they installed are all lower, so they are not used.

      

1. Preparation before installation

1. CentOS cancels the limit on the number of open files

Add the following content at the end of the two files /etc/security/limits.conf and /etc/security/limits.d/20-nproc.conf:

* soft nofile 65536 
* hard nofile 65536 
* soft nproc 131072 
* hard nproc 131072
[root@software]# vim /etc/security/limits.d/20-nproc.conf(ps:你机器的文件名可能和我的不一样,比如90-nproc.conf)
在文件末尾添加:

 It will take effect after restarting the server, use ulimit -n or ulimit -a to view the setting results

 2. CentOS cancels SELINUX

        Modify SELINUX=disabled in /etc/selinux/config and restart

3. Turn off the firewall

[root@~]# service iptables stop

Two, start the installation

1. Upload the .tgz installation package to the server under /data/clickhouse

2. Unzip:

   tar -xvf clickhouse-common-static-22.8.10.29-amd64.tgz
   tar -xvf clickhouse-common-static-dbg-22.8.10.29-amd64.tgz
   tar -xvf clickhouse-client-22.8.10.29-amd64.tgz
   tar -xvf clickhouse-server-22.8.9.24-amd64.tgz

3. Installation:

   ./clickhouse-common-static-22.8.10.29/install/doinst.sh
   ./clickhouse-common-static-dbg-22.8.10.29/install/doinst.sh
   ./clickhouse-client-22.8.10.29/install/doinst. sh
   ./clickhouse-server-22.8.9.24/install/doinst.sh #When installing, you need to specify the password of the clickhouse database administrator, you can specify a password yourself, and you need to confirm whether to monitor all ports, just enter y; no Press Enter if you need a password

#如果安装rpm文件,直接全部安装
rpm -ivh *.rpm

4. Modify the configuration file

1、修改/etc/clickhouse-server/config.xml监听地址,如果没权限就修改权限后修改

2、修改文件/etc/clickhouse-server/config.d/listen.xml,修改为以下配置

3、修改数据文件路径
   clickhouse默认将数据保存在/var/lib/clickhouse目录下,生产环境不建议使用该目录作为数据目录,可以通过修改配置文件/etc/clickhouse-server/config.xml进行指定数据文件,修改<path>/var/lib/clickhouse/</path> 为 path>/data/clickHousedata/</path>

4、数据目录必需授权给clickhouse用户,如上面/data/clickHousedata/目录创建完后需要进行授权chown -R clickhouse:clickhouse /data/clickHousedata/

5、如果已经使用了一段时间,迁库直接将/var/lib/clickhouse拷贝到/data/clickHousedata/然后修改权限chown -R clickhouse:clickhouse /data/clickHousedata/

 When clickhouse is running, I execute clickhouse-keeper-22.8.12.45/install/doingst.sh, error: Text file busy, the file is being used, close the database and execute it again

To reinstall and deploy, you need to delete the previously installed files. The default installation paths currently known are as follows:

Delete all files except the compressed package, in the /data/clickhouse directory: rm -fr !(*.tgz)

rm -fr /etc/clickhouse*

rm -fr /var/lib/clickhouse*

rm -fr /var/log/clickhouse*

rm -fr /usr/bin/clickhouse*   

rm -fr /var/run/clickhouse*   

This Demo is a configuration file configuration based on four servers, 2 fragments and 2 copies as an example. The configuration of keeper_config.xml/config.xml is as follows:
