IDEA comments appear garbled adjustment steps, set the adjustment file encoding to UTF-8

As shown in the figure below, the comments are garbled

 Solution:

1. Open the idea settings

2. Click the compiler and then select the file encoding 

3. Change the encoding to UTF-8,

 

 As shown in the figure below, click Apply, and finally click OK

This solves the problem of garbled characters in comments
