This should be because OpenAI's payment interface is overloaded, and the server cannot provide services, resulting in the page not being found. We can only try again when there are fewer people. In addition, it was found that this error message was sent by Cloudflare, which is a CDN service provider. If this prompt appears, it may just be that the area where your IP is located has exploded.
For example, if you are using a US IP, it may just be that the CDN server of that US IP segment is down. That means that it can be solved by changing the IP address of different countries, such as changing to the IP address of Singapore and Japan. If it is still the same after changing, it means that the number is not working. It is recommended to change the number and try again.
When you find that you can enter this upgrade interface after changing your number, it means that your account is no longer valid, at least at the current stage. It may take half a month to about a month. Make the account back to normal, some netizens have also encountered this situation, this is how to solve it.
