Root password reset method of CentOS system

1. Restart Linux, see the picture below, select the first one through the up and down arrow keys on the keyboard 2.

Press , the interface eshown in the picture below appears Load the root directory 6. Select the user name to modify the password, passwd root, then enter the same password twice, and press Enter in turn. ( ) 7. Update the system information. 8. Finally, enter the command to restart the system. 9. Enter the login interface, and enter the modified password to log in.
