Install Pagoda BT in the WSL environment of windows11

If you forget the secret, remember to switch to root with the following command

ubuntu2204.exe config --default-user root

Then passwd wds, reset the password for the wds user

Finally switch back to the wds user

ubuntu2204.exe config --default-user wds
