VS2019+PCL configuration (Winddows-Xiaobai get started version)

PCL point cloud library download address:

Note when downloading: the downloaded version must be consistent with your VS, I am VS2019, so choose PCL 1.12.1 https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/pcl/releases/tag/pcl-1.12.1

2. Environment configuration

Run PCL-1.12.1-AllInOne-msvc2019-win64.exe as an administrator , some steps are as follows:

 During installation it may display:

 Copy the files in pcl-1.12.1-pdb-msvc2019-win64 to PCL 1.12.1\bin
