Inventory Management Software Instructions

1. System settings

   1) Lock: When the operator who logs in to the machine leaves temporarily, it is set to prevent other people from operating. Only the person who logs in to the machine can unlock it after entering the password.

   2) Login settings: manage and maintain operators and modify passwords (modify the passwords of operators who log in to the system), this      

The first user who logs in in the system is the user with the highest authority and has the authority to delete. Other users do not have this authority, and the delete function is unavailable.

All operators of this system will be displayed in the table on the right, double-click any operator to edit it.      

    3) Operator entry: used to change the login user.

2. Inventory

     1) Component Registration: Register and maintain the components in stock.

     2) Product registration: register and maintain the products in stock.

     3) Inventory query: query the quantity of components and products in stock.

3. Storage information

  1. Stock-in document: Generate stock-in information. Add, modify, delete, check and print the storage order.

First click the Add button to activate the two buttons Import Data and Import Historical Data. The Import Data button is for importing one storage order and the Import Historical Data is for importing multiple storage orders. If there is no imported data, click the search button next to the product name, and a product information window will pop up. After selecting or adding a product, click the OK button to return the corresponding product information, and then enter other corresponding information, and click Add button, a piece of storage information will be displayed in the table, you can repeat this operation to add other storage information, and then click the OK button to save, and the print button will be activated for printing.

2) Storage query: query the storage order by setting the storage order number, component name, time, and company name.

The specific operation is as follows:

     3) Statistics: By setting the time, the quantity and total amount of components put into storage are counted.

4. Delivery information

    1) Outbound order: similar to inbound.

5. Data maintenance

        1) Data backup: Regularly back up the database to prevent data loss.

        2 ) Supplier information: Add, modify, delete and other maintenance for supplier users.

6. Simulated distribution

  1) Product material composition: configure the material composition of our company's products. First select the Configure Products list box, then you can

     Choose to add accessories or import an excel sheet composed of materials to configure our company's products.

  2) Product simulation distribution: select the product to be simulated distribution, add the value of the analog quantity in the simulation quantity, and then select the simulation distribution button, it will be automatically compared with the inventory, and the data of the inventory demand will be displayed.
