One may ask questions from the second interview and the second ask questions from the first interview, because the interviewer may not be the same person. In short, do a good job Just be prepared.

offline

One side : FAQ interview. Introduce yourself first, then answer common question types. (The follow-up will summarize. The most important thing is not to be nervous! Don’t be nervous! Don’t be nervous! )
Two sides : technical/ability interview (product managers need to master relatively few professional software skills, and they are easy to learn, not completely, not at all) You don’t know how to find a job, do you? [doge], just happened to come across a point that you don’t know. It can be said that I have forgotten it after not using it for a long time. I'll go back and take a closer look).
Remember: Don't be dumbfounded, or just say no, it's very important to be frank.

Three aspects : personnel interview (usually here is to talk about salary, you must know in advance the appropriate range of salary, and whether you accept it, here you must stick to your own opinion, don't follow the other party's ideas, of course, your own requirements are also not too much)

on-line

One side : FAQ interview. (Same as above)
Two sides : technical/ability interview (same as above; attached: The interviewer may ask you if you have any work to show him, that is, the prototype design of the work, or the requirement document, to examine your professional ability and document writing ability )
three sides : personnel interview (haven't experienced it yet, hard to say)

Summary of personal experience

The following is a summary of some of my opinions. If you don’t understand, or want me to help you read your resume, you can chat with me privately, and we can discuss progress together.
I am also a 23-year-old graduate, a novice on the road, don't disturb if you don't like it, don't spray if you don't like it, and aim to make progress together.

  • Items in your resume: Don’t write whatever you want. Maybe you have a lot of course designs during college, but don’t write them all. Pick the ones you are most familiar with, the most representative, and the ones that can highlight your product capabilities . Be concise and easy to understand, and then mainly describe the content of your responsibility .
  • Interests and hobbies in the resume: This can be written or not. I personally suggest that you simply mention it during the self-introduction process.
  • Campus experience in resume: If you have club experience, it is recommended to write it out.
  • Awards in your resume: This must be written well.
  • The resume mainly highlights one of your product capabilities and proves that you are suitable to be a product manager.
  • During the job hunting process, you may encounter small companies that are actually training institutions, PUA you, and then let you change jobs, and then they give you training. Don't be fooled .
