Monthly running report for April: I ran 127 kilometers

When I first started running, I didn't expect to be able to last for two months, nor did I expect to be able to run 127 kilometers in April, nor did I expect to be able to break through 15 kilometers in a single trip.

Last year, the one-year running goal was only 100 kilometers, but this has not yet been achieved. This year, I can run 127 kilometers in one month.

When I first started running, I was out of breath after running 2 kilometers, and I didn't want to run any more. Now it is very easy to run 5 kilometers, and I feel that I still have more energy to run again.

When I was running last month, sometimes I still felt knee pain. I have summed up before that I kept running for a month, and it worked  . I wrote in this article; but now everything is fine, and there will be no more knee pain after running 5 kilometers Case.

I feel that this is the harvest of persistence. Without persistence, I would be the same as last year, and I couldn't run 100 kilometers a year. You can persist, 5 kilometers a day, and you can complete the small goal of 100 kilometers in a month.

Well, let me report to you my running data in April:

In April, I ran a total of 23 times, with a total duration of 14 hours, a total running distance of 127 kilometers, and a pace of 6 minutes and 35 minutes.

The overall data is still okay, and I am very satisfied.

In terms of running rhythm, I followed the advice of my friends on the official account and reduced the frequency. From running 6 rest 1, I gradually reduced it to between running 5 rest 2 and running 6 rest 1. This is also why I ran less in the second half of April. s reason.

It is worth mentioning that I chose to run at night on 4.30, ran for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes, and broke through 15 kilometers one way.

 Because of the experience of 10 kilometers on April 16, the 15 kilometers this time is not too difficult, and my knees don't hurt, but I am tired and sweating profusely. After running 15 kilometers, my legs were sore the next day, and I didn't feel like running anymore.

The Buddhist running and leisure running I advocated in the past is to exercise the body. After breaking through 15 kilometers this time, some friends said that I am not a Buddhist anymore. In fact, among the 23 runs in April, there were only 10 kilometers in 4.16 and 15 kilometers in 4.30, and 5 kilometers in other times. The proportion of Buddhist running is still very high, 90%, so I am still Buddhist. I also continue to advocate Buddhist running, try not to run too much, focus on physical exercise, and occasionally break through once or twice.
