Professor Bin Xu, Chair Professor of Computational Media and Art, Director of Metaverse and Computational Creativity Research Center, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou). Chair Professor of the Division of Emerging Interdisciplinary Areas at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Director of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology-Deutsche Telekom Systems and Media Laboratory since 2013. Doctor of Computer Science, University of Cambridge, once worked in Deutsche Telekom Laboratory in Germany and won the title of Distinguished Scientist. A world-class expert in the field of augmented reality and mobile computing, an international academician of the Royal Academy of Engineering, a member of the European Academy of Sciences, an IEEE Fellow and an outstanding scientist of ACM.
