Solution:
- It is found that there is a problem with the video encoding method. The video recorded by the QQ screen recording I used has a problem with the video encoding. I need to convert the video to H264 video encoding.
- Because the computer does not have the software to convert the video encoding, so I downloaded a H264 video. After uploading it, I found that it can be played and previewed normally.
The video encoding on the left is not H264 , and the video encoding on the right is H264 .
