Why the Webrtc format video stream cannot be played after the EasyCVR video fusion platform is configured with the public network?

The EasyCVR video fusion platform is based on the cloud-edge-device collaboration architecture and has powerful data access, processing and distribution capabilities. The platform supports multi-protocol access, and can transcode and distribute the accessed video resources. The supported video stream formats include: RTSP, RTMP, HLS, FLV, Webrtc and other formats, achieving full terminal and full platform coverage.

According to user feedback, EasyCVR is deployed on site and configured with a public network. The device is connected to the platform through the national standard GB28181 protocol, but the WebRTC format cannot be played, and other formats such as RTSP and FLV can be played normally.

According to the user's feedback, we immediately conducted an investigation, and it turned out that the user configuration was wrong. After EasyCVR 2.7.0 version, the port has been modified. In the configuration file tsingsee.ini, configure as follows:

After saving, restart the EasyCVR software and open the public network port tcp 18319 at the same time.

Subsequently, the video WebRTC format can be played normally.

The EasyCVR platform supports massive video aggregation management and multi-protocol access, including mainstream standard protocols in the market and manufacturer's private protocols and SDKs, such as: national standard GB28181, RTMP, RTSP/Onvif, Hikvision Ehome, Hikvision SDK, Uniview SDK, etc. . In a complex network environment, the platform can gather, integrate, and centrally manage various scattered video resources, and realize authentication management, on-demand access, network-wide distribution, and intelligent analysis of video resources. Interested users can go to the demonstration platform for experience or deployment testing.
