After investigation, it was found that the video stream is normal and can be played normally in VLC, and the port is not limited.
After further investigation, it was found that there was an error reported by the kernel, the kernel was not started, and the video stream could not be parsed, so the device access display was offline.
After restarting the on-site kernel, and then accessing the RTSP stream, it will be able to play online normally.
