1. In the current table, press Ctrl+a shortcut key to select all cells.

2. Select the "Start" menu, click the "Conditional Formatting" button, and then click "New Rule".

4. Enter "=MOD(ROW(),2)=0" in the text box under "Format values ​​that match this formula".
