1. Open the EXCEL worksheet, select all the columns that need to be set
2. Click the "New Rule" option in "Conditional Formatting" under "Start" in turn.
3. The "New Format Rule" dialog box pops up.
4. In the dialog box, select the "Use formula to determine the cell to be formatted" option. Set the format for the value that conforms to this formula in the "Edit instructions" of the combo box "Enter the format in the edit box "=MOD(ROW(),2)=0".
5. Then click the "Format" button, and in the pop-up "Format Cells" dialog box, select the color under the "Fill" option. Click "OK".
6. If you change the color of odd-numbered cells, you need to repeat the above steps, just set the formula to "=MOD(ROW(),2)=1".
