4.3. Basic instructions for the professional version

Many functions in the main interface need to use the advanced version or professional version to use. Therefore, the content listed in this tutorial is all explained using the professional version.

You need to purchase the professional version first, and the 128 yuan permanent professional version can use all the functions.

1. The system information button, when clicked, will display system-related information, including system hardware information, server load information, network interface information and traffic, file system and usage, etc.

2. Operating status. Here, the server's running days, load, and usage of CPU, memory, and swap area are displayed in real time. and displayed as a percentage.

3. Process, click on the process page on the left, the process and the adjacent wooden surface will be displayed on the right, and you can view the PID, user memory, CPU command line, etc. Click the corresponding process, and the detailed information of the process will be displayed below, including the directory where it is located, the startup command, etc.
   

4. Network, the detailed information of the network will be displayed on the right. Click the corresponding information, and the detailed access information of this connection will be displayed below, which can display which IPs are connected to this port, so that it is convenient to check whether the server is connected by others. This step requires the use of root privileges to connect. If you use root to connect in and a white screen is displayed here, you need to check whether the ss command and netstat command are installed on the server. If they are not installed, you can. 5. Routing, this column is basically useless for newcomers. If you are curious, you can take a look. It is mainly used to query the routing table and view the detailed information of a certain routing table.
   

4.4. Other operations on FinalShell

1. Replace the background image of the console terminal

If you don't like the wallpaper that comes with FinalShell, you can replace it with the following steps

Find 5 pictures you like and replace them with the names of the above wallpapers. Be careful to be consistent. It is not allowed to have a suffix other than .jpg. Just replace the original ones above.

2. Delete connection records

After connecting to other machines, there is a connection record, which cannot be deleted, which is an eyesore

You can go to conn in the software installation directory and delete all the newly created ones. Of course, if you didn’t pay attention at the beginning, you may not remember which one is to be kept. You can compare the time. If you still can’t tell the difference, you can delete them all (or directly delete the conn folder), and then reopen FinalShell.
