phoenix cannot connect to hbase_hbase shell failed to create table_error_PleaseHoldException: Master is initializing---report an error_big data work notes 0180

I found out today that my phoenix, when I went to connect to the hbase cluster, I couldn’t connect to it. It’s strange... I spent a whole night
