The following shortcut appears after using anaconda to create a new environment. If you have not created a new environment, you can go to other tutorials to see it.
First, modify the default startup path of the newly created environment python38 by modifying the configuration file (see other tutorials)
After using the following command to successfully start the jupyter notebook that has changed the working path, it proves that you have successfully configured the working path of jupyter notebook
We want to use 
this shortcut, but the opened webpage is not the working path we specified. At this time, right-click on this shortcut—properties,
delete all the things behind jupyter-notebook-script.py, and click Apply
