I felt that the traffic was not so large, so I gave my aunt two days off, the 29th and 30th of the New Year. As a result, there was no adequate supply of goods on New Year's Eve. To deal with the high passenger flow on the first day of the new year, it also suffered a big loss.
On the first day of the new year, the number of customers exceeded my imagination. I tried to expand a stall a few years ago. Both the main store and the stall can sell goods. Due to the large number of customers, it was sold out within a few hours.
Originally, it could be sold for half a day, but it was sold out in just over an hour.
At this time, although I made money, I still felt that I was losing money and couldn't be happy.
This may be human nature.
When you lose money, you feel that losing less is gaining.
When making money, I feel that earning less is also a loss.
On the first day of the new year, too many customers were lost.
The total sales that day were barely 1W. If you count the number of lost customers, I feel that 2W+ is no problem. There is a store of the same size with a turnover of almost 50,000+ in the first grade of junior high school. It's killing me.
Recruiting people during Chinese New Year is difficult. It took a long time to recruit people, and the number of people was increased in the next few days. The operating cost has increased, the speed of stocking up has increased, and sales have also increased.

Catering is relatively tiring. I have participated in the half-month period of the Spring Festival one after another. After deducting various material costs from the total sales, the net profit can basically cover the cost of 23 years and the previous losses. The next stage is the profit stage. In the company, I basically interact with my colleagues. Catering has somewhat cured my social fear, and sometimes I can even tease female customers
