MS9288C is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance VGA-to-HDMI conversion chip with a maximum conversion rate of 165MHz. It has three 10-bit video ADCs, HDMI transmitters and audio encoders. Support left/right channel audio input, built-in MCU and firmware.
