3. Material preparation before opening the store

3.1 Video number

Currently, only video accounts authenticated by ID cards are supported to open the video account store.

4.1 Where to set up shop?

4.1.1 Store entrance

"Video Account Entrance" > "Personal Homepage in the upper right corner" > "Creator Center" > "Delivery Center" > "Video Account Store Entrance" > "Open a Store"

4.2 Opening tasks

4.2.1 Fill in the store opening information

Step 1: Enter the information filling interface

After logging in to the interface, you need to complete the task of opening a store and open the video store.
Press "Go to Fill" to enter the store opening information filling interface

Step 2: Fill in the subject information

"Entity type" selects the way of individual industrial and commercial households or enterprises to settle in.
"Subject information" fill in detailed information such as business license.

If there is special industry qualification, it can be supplemented.

Note:

① "Business name" refers to the company name in the business license.

②"Merchant abbreviation" means that the merchant can fill in an abbreviation according to the category and name of the business. When the buyer pays, the abbreviation name will be displayed.

Step 3: Settle Account Information

When choosing an operator's personal bank card , the account opening name must be consistent with the name on the ID card.
When choosing a corporate account , the name of the account must be consistent with the "merchant name" on the business license.

Step 4: Fill in the operator/legal person ID card information

Upload the front and back of the ID card of the operator or legal representative
If the operator is a foreigner or a person from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan of China , the corresponding certificate can also be uploaded for verification.

Step 5: Store information

Click on the store profile picture to upload profile pictures.
The name of the store needs to follow the naming rules of video account stores . If there is brand qualification, portrait and name authorization, please fill in as required .
To select a store type , you need to understand the qualification rules for video store access qualifications, and the recruitment rules for video account stores , and fill in the qualifications required for the corresponding store type.

Step 6: Super Admin Information

To open a video account store, you need to bind a super administrator. The super administrator needs to sign a contract after opening an account, and can accept important daily management information and conduct fund operations . When binding a super administrator, it is necessary to submit its ID card, mobile phone and email information.
Operators/legal persons do not need to fill in the business authorization letter, such as the handler, need to download the template and upload the authorization letter as required.

Note: You can choose one of the two types of super management, and the system selects the person in charge by default. If you are an operator/legal person, please click to switch.

Step 7: Submit for review

After the store opening information is completed and the next step of account verification is completed , the platform will complete the review within 7-15 working days .

4.2.2 Verify account

Click "Verify" to enter the account verification interface.
The verification method is the company legal person/operator WeChat code scanning verification or company public account remittance . Please choose one of the methods to verify the account.

4.2.3 Signing and opening

After the verification of the account is completed, click "Sign Up" to enter the contract opening interface.
Use the super administrator WeChat to scan the QR code to sign the contract.
After signing the agreement, the super administrator's WeChat will receive a "successfully opened" service notification.
The background shows "opening successfully" , click "publish product" to add products and start selling!
