Add domain controller to domain controller

1. Click the " Start " button on the task bar, as shown in the figure. Select the " Run..." icon, open the text box and enter " DCPROMO " .

2. When the Active Directory Domain Services installation wizard pops up, be sure to select Install using advanced mode, and click Next

3. When the operating system compatibility appears, go to the next step directly

4. Select a deployment configuration, select an existing forest (E), add a domain controller to the existing forest, and click Next

5. You are prompted for your network credentials. Type the username, password, and domain name of the account used to perform this operation. This account must have full administrative rights. The domain name can be in the form of a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN)

6. Select the domain of the domain controller to be added and click Next 

7.  Click Next directly. If the server does not have DNS service, you need to install another DNS server at the same time. If the DNS service has been installed, this option is the default

8.  Select the AD DS site for the additional domain controller 

9. Select the AD database replication method  through the network

10. Restart the computer after completing the installation of the additional domain controller
