Walking out of a small fourth-tier city, with a monthly salary of 8.8K, he successfully changed careers. He said that if a teenager has a dream, it should be more than just a heartbeat!

In everyone's life, there is the most difficult year, which makes life beautiful and vast.

If an 18-year-old you met a 25-year-old you, would you ask the 25-year-old you what work you are doing now? Are you satisfied with your current situation? Remember when you said you were going out into the world?

At each special life node, perhaps some people have found their life goals and are galloping forward, and some people are still struggling for their studies, but it seems that more young people who are confused and unable to see the future are at a loss .

Perhaps tomorrow will not change drastically because of our continuous attempts, but life always has infinite possibilities. I believe that one day, you will find your own sea of stars through trial and error again and again, and there must be hidden there. Your own correct answer.

The first choice: postgraduate entrance examination or work?

In 2019, at the end of my senior year, I officially graduated from a certain college. Since I majored in politics, it was even worse in the job market where I was unemployed after graduation.

In fact, when I chose a major, I really didn’t consider employment. I just liked it. In class, the teacher told us about refugee issues in various countries, extremist organization issues, and globalization issues. Feeling like I have never touched the stars, but I have been so close to the universe.

After graduation, I found that the teacher explained these issues very thoroughly and told me the disadvantages of contemporary exam-oriented education. The employment market situation for college students is not objective. The employment of college graduates is the top priority for stable employment, and employment is the biggest livelihood of the people. But he didn't tell me how to face it as a freshman and how to find a job that can support me.

The end of the universe is the examination and editing, which is vividly shown in the political major. Our way out is the public examination or the postgraduate entrance examination and then the public examination. Due to the helplessness of reality, I also embarked on the thorny road of the public examination.

My family has always been very supportive of the public examination. In the eyes of my parents, it is a great thing to have a stable and decent job. They actively applied for various public examination classes for me and provided me with good Environmental and financial support, but this 1:4000 admission rate made me restless, and the final result can be imagined, and it ended in failure.

The second decision: to live near the village or to go far away?

After failing the public examination, I went through a difficult time. I was not interested in anything. I felt like a walking dead. My parents hoped that I could find a job. It doesn’t matter how much money I make, but I have something to do so that I won’t be immersed in the exam all the time. In the mood of public failure.

The expectation of the parents is to stay in the small fourth-tier cities in their hometown. They feel that they can stay with their families. They can have hot soup and hot meals when they go home, and relatives will take care of them when they are sick. But I myself had been immersed in the emotions of failing the public examination at the beginning, and felt that it would be fine to find something to do.

So I stayed in this small city and found a job in network operation and maintenance, mainly doing hardware, such as network computer room installation and maintenance. This job is relatively easy, 9 to 5, weekends and weekends, and the company is relatively close to home, so I can go home for dinner at noon. I usually do what I have to do, and fish when I have nothing to do. I don’t have much technical content, so the corresponding salary is also very low. I eat and live at home, and this salary is only enough for my normal expenses.

I have been doing this job for two years, and I have not learned any skills. I don't even think about getting a promotion or raising my salary. I just beat the workers for food and clothing.

I left this company mainly because I haven’t raised my salary for two years. I was fighting with my boss to see if I could raise it. Find an intern, anyway, this job has no technical content."

It turns out that in the face of reality, there is no skill that can be easily replaced by others.

So, within a few days, I handed in my resignation letter and parted ways with the company.

The third decision: re-entering the classroom

After resigning, I have always wanted to find a job where I can learn something, and I also want to have a skill. I hope that I will have a skill that can be used in my 30s. Because I have never been in contact with training, I have never thought about professional training. It was really a coincidence that I came to Youcheng Education to learn 5G network optimization. I was looking for a job at that time. I saw an advertisement of Youcheng Education on a certain recruitment website. The teacher Jiang contacted me.

Here I am very grateful to Teacher Jiang from Youcheng. After learning about my situation, he did not rush to sell courses to me, but from the perspective of a friend, he made a comprehensive plan for me in terms of ability and learning methods. I remember Teacher Jiang asked me a question: You are 25 years old now, and you have been living in a fourth-tier city in Hubei since graduation. Do you feel regretful in the future? This question makes my scalp numb until now. My 18-year-old dream is to go out into the world, and I used to be very energetic.

From a practical point of view, I also asked the teacher at that time whether it would be too difficult for a novice like me with zero foundation and majoring in liberal arts. The teacher's answer dispelled my concerns: newbies should first complete their entry, and then come to deepen their development. Finally, under the recommendation of the teacher, I chose the 5G network optimization course of Youcheng Education.

In this way, I stood on the initial starting line again: start with 5G network optimization, and then train myself to be an "all-round master". I still remember that "Soul of Chess" told us a truth: life is like a game of chess, it doesn't matter if you make a mistake, the important thing is to move forward without regret.

The fourth choice: how to choose among the 3 offers?

I successfully signed up, and at the beginning of November 2022, I took the risk of the new crown and came to U Orange Wuhan Campus without hesitation.

The following class time passed quickly, and I felt that I was fine, and I didn't feel very strenuous. After 3 months of study, I successfully graduated. Although the step from 0 to 1 is difficult, you will find that it is not the matter that is difficult, but the heart of self-persuasion.

After three months, I finally completed all the courses in Youcheng Education. Youcheng arranged employment teachers and technical teachers to guide us carefully. After interviewing five companies, I successfully got 3 offers, salary They are 8K, 8.8K and 9K respectively. After the teacher's analysis and combined with my actual situation, I finally chose the offer of 8.8K.

After I successfully joined the company, I also felt the development prospects of the communications industry. 5G is in a stage of rapid development. I feel that I really made the right choice this time.

perception

A year ago, I was a small network maintenance worker. I never thought that I could become a 5G network optimization engineer. I just found it difficult. Facing an unknown industry, many people always hold the mentality of longing. But always hiding in his "volute", wasted years in the blink of an eye.

Friends who are struggling on the road, don't give up hope when you go, don't let anything restrict your future.

Teenagers have dreams, they should not stop at heartbeat!
