Cause Analysis:
After scanning the disk, it was found that WeChat and qq files occupied dozens of gigabytes of memory. Since some important files of WeChat and qq did not want to be deleted, I tried to transfer the files from the C drive to the E drive for storage.
solution:
1. View the files in the default storage path of WeChat
2. Modify the WeChat file to a new path
Click Settings->File Management to change the file path.
Note: In order to maintain consistency, I just created a WeChat Files. When WeChat transfers the old path to the new path, it will automatically transfer the files under WeChat Files to this path, resulting in a new path. Two levels of WeChat Files appear. Therefore, when specifying the path, specify the path to the upper level.
3. Transfer the file to the new path
At this time, transfer the files from the document to the new path
. After the migration is 100%, check that the files in the new path have been migrated successfully.
4. Automatically clear old files
Check that the WeChat Files folder under my document path has been deleted.
