From my learning experience, I think there are two factors that make self-study successful.

Although there are many people who want to change careers to learn safety, there are only a small number of people who strongly want to change careers to learn better. And most people just learn safety with the mentality of trying, which is completely impossible.
Therefore, whether you can succeed in your studies and get a job depends on whether your desire is strong. I belong to the very strong one, because I can't bear the current working atmosphere, and I envy my friends who can get a monthly salary of 30,000 yuan. These factors have prompted me to study very hard.
In addition, I can start watching videos for self-study after get off work, until 12 o'clock in the evening, so I can reach the level of employment within 5 months. The second point is that there are big bosses to guide you. It is very difficult to find out the whole process by yourself. For a person who is not a professional, he will "know how to start" from the beginning.
Not to mention that the countless bugs encountered in the learning process are difficult to solve, because we will encounter countless problems in the learning process, and sometimes a small problem can bother us for several hours, which will lead to our failure. The learning efficiency is very low. When this happens too often, the confidence will be hit, and I feel that I am not suitable for learning this line of work, so I finally give up.
And when a big guy goes to answer you, you will get the answer quickly, and you can understand why you did this, where the problem occurred, and the learning efficiency will be very high. So the summary is that you learn consciously and actively, and the boss guides you all the way. In fact, learning is such a simple thing. It is nothing more than these two key elements.
