Touching workplace stories (1)

Work experience in VIP ward

When I just graduated, I came to work in the VIP ward of a hospital. The patients there are very rich and powerful people, and we have to take care of them very carefully.

One day, a couple was admitted to the ward. The director told us it was a friend of his friend. Soon after, they got into an argument over something, and it got louder and louder. A fellow nurse of mine went to see what was going on, but when she opened the door, the patient threw a bottle of hot water over. My colleague ducked, but the thermos slammed on the door. My co-worker was terrified, and like her, I was new to the job for a few months, and my heart was about to jump out.

Our matron heard the noise and came out to see what was going on. She saw my colleague pale with fright, so she pulled her aside, comforted her, and asked the reason for the matter. After the room was quiet, the head nurse took my colleague to see the patient. She smiled and said to him: "Sir, you scared our little nurse today. Fortunately, the hot water bottle didn't hit her in the face, otherwise this matter would have become a big problem. The responsibility for this matter is not ours, but your own I lost control of my emotions. Please apologize to our little nurse."

At that time, we were all very surprised. Our head nurse really handled it really well. The man eventually apologized to our colleague. Our leadership has gained a following as a result. This is what leadership should be like.

My colleague's story about buying a house

The other day, I was so close to paying a down payment on a house. I chatted with my colleagues, and one of the aunts asked me how much money I had collected now, and I said it was still 10% short. She thought for a while and said, "How much is left, I will give you the rest, you go buy it. I understand your difficulties and I am optimistic about your future." Before signing the contract, when she gave me money, I Almost crying.

In fact, this aunt has always cared about me. When I first graduated, my salary was very low. Most of the time, I would cook for myself at night and take it with me the next day. There are large-scale events at the headquarters, and when the administration department orders meals, it will always think of me and a single young man in the salary group. The two of us ate a lot of free lunch boxes from the company. I am very grateful to her for helping me through the most difficult first year in Beijing, and saved a lot of money for meals. After all, it costs 18-25 yuan to eat a convenient fast food in Beijing.

In fact, no matter which company you are in, there will be warm details. But there are also agonizing details that make you ask yourself what the fuck you're doing. I have discovered that there is a lot of positive energy in life that we can channel ourselves and those around us. Let the already lingering workplace life become more relaxed and happy.

my first job

This is a story about my first job. I once had a tooth pulled, but was in a hurry to catch a car so I didn't rest in the hospital. After returning to work, my gums kept bleeding, but I couldn't stop it. Until 11pm, I couldn't take it anymore, so I went to my leader. She lived next door to me and I vaguely told her I needed to go to the hospital because my wound was bleeding. She and her husband immediately took me to the hospital, comforted me in the car, and told me that the doctor would take care of me. In the hospital, I suddenly had a feeling that they were like family to me. My wound was eventually treated, but it was too late. My leader fell asleep in the car and I really appreciated how much they cared about me. When I arrived at the dormitory, my leader told me that I could rest a little longer tomorrow, and she would send my roommate to work.

The next morning, my leader actually brought me a bowl of porridge and put it on my bedside. I was so touched because I have never been cared for so well, not even by my family. My leader also took great care of us three new girls.

The place we live in is very remote, so getting out is a big problem. For a while, I wanted to eat dumplings very much. I didn't know why, but my leader knew what I was thinking. A few days later, she really made dumplings, stuffed with pork and chives, which were much more delicious than the quick-frozen dumplings bought in the supermarket. I ate 25 and felt like I just got out of jail. These warm dumplings make me feel so warm and at home in this cold winter.

I am very glad that I can meet leaders and colleagues who care about me so much. Now, I want to record these beautiful memories in this way. These pictures are the strawberries that my leader picked today, everyone has a basket, really happy.
