Housing prices are an important indicator of the development of a city. The higher the housing prices in a city, the more developed the city is, and the more attractive it is to the population! Therefore, housing price data is a very common data we use in various urban studies!

This time we bring you the housing price data of major cities in my country! Based on the residential housing prices displayed on domestic mainstream real estate platforms, we aggregate the data into a 200*200 grid to obtain the average housing prices of the residential communities in the grid, and obtain the data we share this time. The housing price data collection time is 2023. month. The data format is raster format (.tif) and vector format (.shp) .

03 Data Processing Instructions

Based on the domestic mainstream real estate platform to obtain the housing price data of each city's residential area, then draw a 200*200 meter grid, and count the average price of all residential areas in the grid. If there is no residential area distribution in the grid, it will be a null value! The data unit is yuan!
