The reason is due to the absence of the Parameters.reg file in the registry.
Solution steps:
Find a computer that can use this network to access the Internet, and press win+r at the same time, as shown in the figure below:
After pressing both, enter regedit in the opened window and click OK
Enter the Registry Editor, as shown in the figure:
Expand in turn: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\EventLog
Then export the Parameters file to the specified location and copy it
Copy the Parameters.reg file to the desktop of your computer, double-click to open it, and click OK to solve the problem
