Analysis and solution to the abnormal startup of AI video fusion platform EasyCVR after the upgraded version

EasyCVR is based on cloud-edge-device collaboration, and can support lightweight access and aggregation management of massive videos. The platform has strong compatibility and high expansion, and can provide video surveillance live broadcast, video carousel, video recording, cloud storage, playback and retrieval, intelligent alarm, server cluster, voice intercom, PTZ control, electronic map, platform cascading, etc. Function.

Some users reported that after upgrading the EasyCVR version, the platform login page cannot be accessed after starting the software, as shown below:

Regarding the abnormal startup of EasyCVR, we have published many similar articles. Today, we will share the troubleshooting steps and solutions for this situation.

1) First check the relevant processes of EasyCVR, and find that the user's EasyCVR has not actually started successfully, as shown in the figure:

2) At this time, it is started as a process, and the program reports an error of "update cluster server" and exits voluntarily:

This kind of error can be seen in two key points: one is whether the streaming service can be started normally; the other is whether the authorization file is correct.

3) Enter /mediaserver, start easydss (streaming media process) and an exception occurs, reporting that the port is occupied;

4) Modify the corresponding port in the tsingsee.ini file to be an available port, and then start the easydss process, which is already normal;

5) After the streaming media can be started normally, we return to the root directory and execute easycvr again to confirm whether the service can be started normally. The result is consistent with the initial phenomenon, and the error "update cluster server" is reported;

6) Compare whether the authorization file is correct or not. The MD5 value of the authorization file at this moment is as follows:

7) After decompressing this version package, the calculated MD5 value of private.pem is inconsistent with the above pem file;

8) Therefore, it is judged that it is related to the abnormality of the authorization file. After communicating with the user, it is confirmed that the user chose to overwrite the same file when decompressing the new version, which caused the abnormality of the authorization file. After replacing the original pem file and then starting the service, it has been able to run successfully and the web can be accessed.

The EasyCVR platform can support multi-protocol and multi-type device access, and can cover most of the video source devices on the market, including: IPC, NVR, video encoder, mobile law enforcement device, emergency control ball, mobile police individual, intelligent Terminals, unmanned aerial vehicles, vehicle-machine equipment, intelligent all-in-one machines, etc. In a complex network environment, the platform can gather, integrate, and centrally manage various scattered video resources, and realize authentication management, on-demand access, network-wide distribution, and intelligent analysis of video resources. Interested users can go to the demonstration platform for experience or deployment testing.
