1 Modify the dual system startup interface
(1) First download a simple theme to the computer or a USB flash drive. The download address of this theme is: Grub-theme-vimix - Gnome-look.org , (this website also has other themes, which can be downloaded according to personal preferences).

(2) In the Ubuntu system, put the downloaded theme file package "Vimix-1080p.tar" in the root directory folder .
(3) Unzip the theme file package, open the "terminal" to operate, and enter the command: tar xvJf Vimix-1080p.tar.xz .
(4) Enter the decompressed folder Vimix-1080p , and enter the command: cd Vimix-1080p . This step is critical .
(5) To install, you need to use the root user command sudo, and enter the command: sudo ./install.sh .
(6) The system will prompt to enter a password, enter the user password , and press Enter. It will be installed automatically later.
After prompting "All done!", the installation is complete. The new startup interface is as follows:
2 Customize and beautify the dual system startup interface
(1) Prepare the picture that you want to set as the background of the startup interface. The picture format must be in JPG format. The image pixels should be consistent with the resolution of the monitor. For example, the resolution of my computer is 1920*1080, so prepare a picture with 1920*1080 pixels, as shown in the figure below.
(2) Enter the unzipped folder Vimix-1080p/Vimix just now, rename the original picture named background to background_backup, copy the prepared picture to this folder, and change the name to background .
(3) Repeat (5) and (6) in 1, use the root user command sudo, enter the command: sudo ./install.sh , enter the user password after prompting for a password , press Enter, after the prompt is completed, the modification is successful , the new startup interface is as follows.
