Realize my ideals, realize personal value - here, I have to admit that I don't have the so-called lofty ambitions to make more or less contributions to national progress, social development, and world peace.

       In the community, many people shouted to reject 996, 995, 007. There are also many leaders and bosses who shout to work hard and give you such a high salary just to make you work overtime. Regardless of the core views of all parties, I think some of them must be confusing the water (and there are not many). But on the other hand, through community comments and the actual social impact, it can be seen that the current coders and other Internet practitioners who are plagued by similar problems still don't understand what is behind their resistance to overtime. The opinions of all parties are scattered, and resistance is mere formality, and until now it still shows obvious social influence (it has not even become a search hotspot on Baidu or Sina). Here, I state my views from two angles to share with you. Of course, after all, my experience is not rich enough. If there is something wrong, welcome to communicate.

       From the perspective of the company , if you expect your employees to spend the same amount of time at work as the first-tier manufacturers, then please first confirm how much your employee benefits are different from those of the first-tier manufacturers. For startups, there are many reasons to avoid this problem, but in my opinion, this problem should not be avoided. After a company succeeds, the biggest beneficiary is the leadership rather than the middle and low-level employees. After the success, the middle and low-level employees get, in addition to the options that are illusory and cannot be cashed in a while, that is, a little bit of nothing. The quality of life has not improved significantly, so why spend more time for the company? The wages in the computer industry are high, but market environment factors, local gdp and industry thresholds cannot be ignored (developers should understand that the number of computer graduates output by universities across the country every year and the proportion of them who can really become qualified developers are actually not at all not tall).

       There is a very simple example. I have met some friends who live in Beijing. Everyone knows that saving the provident fund is good for buying a house in the future, but many people choose to withdraw it in advance to pay the rent. Why? After interviewing several companies, especially after having some work experience, you should have a certain understanding of the development of the industry. In my opinion, it is indeed inappropriate not to express my views and attitudes on some issues in the industry at the beginning, but to gossip behind my back after joining the company.

       This is actually another point of mine—companies also know that squeezing employees or having an unfriendly work environment will reduce their attractiveness among talents (in the entire international environment, this problem should be obvious).        If you show yourself as much as possible, and after interviewing many companies, there is still no company that chooses to accept you, then you should consider whether there is something wrong with your thinking, reflect deeply, and continue to stick to what you think is right, and stick to what you think is wrong .        I did not perform well, compromised or refused to reflect on and correct my shortcomings for various reasons, and joined a company that did not meet my expectations. In the following year or even longer, I was in a daze, unable to find a goal, unable to find a reason to struggle, and in the low-efficiency office, I could not find any point of interest that would allow me to continue to deepen this field. At this point, it is difficult to improve one's own abilities, and it is also difficult to improve one's influence, so it is impossible to realize personal value. Therefore, I think that by keeping an open mind from the very beginning, continuously and objectively evaluating your own strengths and weaknesses, and choosing companies that do not match your own ideas without compromise, you will already be one step ahead in future development.
