According to the requirements of "Several Policies for the Agglomeration and Development of Online New Economy Industries of "Changyang Xiudai"" (Yang Fufa [2022] No. 2) and its implementation rules, the 2023 Yangpu District artificial intelligence and big data (cloud computing) enterprises are now organized Registration and filing work, the related work is hereby notified as follows:
1. Registration principles
Enterprise registration follows the principle of "voluntariness". Refer to the "Yangpu District New Generation Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Industrial Technology Application Segmentation Catalog" (hereinafter referred to as the catalog, see Annex 1) for self-registration without charging any fees.
2. Registration object
Registered in Yangpu District and registered for taxation, the main business or products belong to the scope of the catalogue, normal operation, no bad credit records.
3. Registration process
1. Materials to be submitted: The registered enterprise fills in the "Yangpu District Artificial Intelligence and Big Data (Cloud Computing) Enterprise Registration Form" (see Annex 2), one paper material and one electronic version, including a copy of the business license of the enterprise, 2022 annual financial Statements (newly registered and established enterprises in 2023 fill in the financial situation of the month before the declaration), intellectual property certificates in the relevant technology application fields, software copyright registration certificates, copies of other qualification certifications, and other supporting materials.
2. Registration process: After the initial review and seal of the household management unit, it will be submitted to the District Science and Technology Commission for review (see attachment 3 for the contact information of the household management unit), and registered in the Shanghai Digital Industry Operation System, and complete the basic information of the company and the previous year's economic Operational data (newly registered enterprises fill in the financial data of the month before the declaration time).
3. Registration time: The registration and filing work will be accepted for a long time. The first batch will end at the end of June, and the second batch will end at the end of November. The list of successfully registered enterprises will be announced in batches after the District Science and Technology Commission reports to the joint review team for review and approval.
