Session 'app': Error Launching activity

Android  Studio is upgraded to 2.0, the running program appears Session 'app': Error Launching activity, and the running program cannot be compiled. It is found that it is because of the new feature "instant run" of 2.0. My solution is to turn off this function, in File->Settings- >Build, Execution, Deployment find Instant Run, remove the tick options, and apply
