If the client office cannot be opened, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure to connect with the RMS server: pingt, the domain name resolution is normal.
2. Remove DRM
For Windows 2003, Window XP, Windows Vista, you can clear cache files in the following locations:
%USERPROFILE%/Local Settings/Application Data/Microsoft/DRM
For Windows 7, Windows 2008, you can clear cache files in the following locations:
%USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Microsoft/DRM
3. Import registry configuration
