MacOS hidden files or folders
- Drag the files or folders you want to hide into the original hidden folders in the Mac system, such as the resource library.

Open the terminal (Terminal), enter mkdir file location/.file name in the terminal , such as mkdir desktop/.MacW, press the return key (return) to execute the command, and a hidden folder (.MacW) can be created. 
We can display this hidden folder by pressing the keyboard shortcut Shift+command+.

Enter chflags hidden + space in the terminal, then drag in the file, and then press the return key (return) to execute to hide the file.
- Hide files/folders through Mac software installation packages

Go to other folders in Launchpad【Startup Platform】and open Disk Utility. 
Click File > New > Image from Folder in the menu bar, or the shortcut Shift + Command + N. 
Double-click to select the confidential folder, then select a method in the encryption option to enter the password, change the image format to read/write, and then click Save. 
When you want to access this encrypted disk, you must enter the password, but before entering the password, you must uncheck "Remember password in my keychain", otherwise the password will be set in vain.
