reset IE settings

1. Quit all programs, including Internet Explorer. Click Start. Type the inetcpl.cpl command in the Start Search box and press Enter to open the Inetnet Options dialog

   Click the Advanced tab. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset

   Then click Reset again. (You can also tick "Delete personalization settings" to reset the corresponding personalization information to default settings.)

   When Internet Explorer finishes resetting settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box

   Start Internet Explorer again and most problems can be resolved
