IE popup window showing address settings

I can't see the address bar when using the pop-up window in development, and it is very inconvenient to not know the URL. The setting method is as follows:
Tools-->Internet Options-->Security-->Custom Level-->Allow websites to open without addresses window with bar or status bar --> disable
