Here is a summary of my interview experience:

I went to this company for an interview before I left, and I went there without any preparation for the interview. The result can be imagined. Although I finally got an offer, the salary was far below my expectations, so I directly give up.

What kind of company is YouChong Technology? As far as I know, unlike other start-up Internet companies, it is supported by the background of a large company and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fanyue Group. You don't have to worry about when the salary will not be paid.

As for the technical ability of the pet, it should give me a good overall feeling. The technical supervisor is strong and approachable. During the interview, he is more likely to ask about your knowledge; the technical director is the opposite, very serious, holding an interview question. , After reading one after another, I couldn't catch up a bit. On the one hand, I didn't do enough preparation. On the other hand, it would be better to give me a written test question for the interview.

In addition, I also learned that the technology used in the instant messaging of YouChong is also done by the netty framework. They have their own set of algorithms for encryption in the security area. The database is the same as other Internet companies, using mysql.

Comprehensive evaluation: The company has a good prospect. It is a well-known pet social app in the industry. The number of users is one million.

Interview suggestion: It is best to master the distributed architecture of the Internet. In addition, the foundation is very important. To deal with the interview of the director, you must be familiar with the face-to-face scriptures.

 

Smart Buy (Smart Network):

The name of this company is Zhixuan Network, and the company has not resigned during the interview. The interview process is quite smooth. From 10:00 am to finish the interview questions until after 2:00 pm, I also successfully got the offer. However, it did not meet expectations, and the trial period was half a year (personal feeling is too long).

Smart Buy this product, if it is done well, the market prospect should be good. It is an O2O shopping guide app that attracts users to go to the mall to buy things through points. When there are various shopping mall activities, it will be accurately pushed to users. This product is currently online, but the team is very small, and it is still being formed at this time.

What will the company do for server-side developers? I think it will be more about learning a lot in search and precise push. Many interview questions are based on these two aspects.

Comprehensive evaluation: There is more than one office on the same floor of the company, and the staff should be 50-100. The environment of the company is also good, and it is also very beneficial to personal technical improvement. In terms of treatment, the Internet is of medium level.

Interview suggestion: Before you go, you should read the face-to-face scriptures first, do some logic questions to practice your hands, and prepare for the knowledge of accurate push or inquiry in the interview part.

 

TOEIC Network:

In fact, I don’t really want to write about this company because I didn’t even get to the interview. Well, let me say it again.

The situation is like this, as soon as I arrived at the company, I was given two computer test questions and a laptop (it is connected to the Internet, with monitoring software installed, you can access the Internet, but do you dare to Baidu), one of the test questions is the algorithm The question is asking for the quality within 100 million. Since I didn't say that it can be multi-threaded, I wrote it directly in a single thread, and the execution time is more than 30 seconds. I guess what they mean is that they want the interviewee to use multi-threading, but I didn't get the meaning, so this question is considered a dead end. The second question is the design mode of the investigation - the observer mode, but the question stem is very vague, and you may have misunderstood some meanings. Although the observer mode is used, it is not implemented according to the idea of ​​the title designer. This question may be also hung up. Then, there is no then.

Let’s talk about what the company does. According to HR, the company’s java position was recruited at the end of last year in 2015, because many of the company’s systems or platforms (should be internal systems) were built with C++ before, and now I want to switch to java. , so a large number of java engineers are needed.

Overall evaluation: The company is located in Luogang. If you don't live in Huangpu, it is really too far away, and many people are reluctant to go. The company environment is very good, and the office environment is particularly high. It should be relatively limited for its own development, after all, it is not a pure Internet project.

Interview advice: I didn't get an interview myself, so I can't give any advice here.

 

YY (Joyful Times):

This company is a company that I prefer. It has excellent technology and can train people especially, but I heard that overtime is the most fierce. Well, let’s talk about the interview situation. Once I arrived, I didn’t do the interview questions, and arranged for the interview directly. From 2:30 pm to 6.30 pm, I had a total of four interviews. It turned out to make me wait for a notification. Well, I just waited seriously, urged me to wait for two weeks many times, and finally told me that it was not suitable and could not give me an offer. Well, I agree too, but why is it so inefficient, it made me wait so long.

On the one hand, the situation is not bad. Basically, I ask questions based on my project experience. On the other hand, I started to ask more detailed questions. Some of the principles could not be answered. On the three sides, I asked the principles. Ask questions like why you left. After I had been interviewed in all directions, I was asked to wait for a few minutes, and then someone told me to go back and wait. The result was that there was no news. I urged many times, and each time they said that they would give me an answer in the afternoon or tomorrow. The result is to release my pigeons again and again.

Comprehensive evaluation: The company is already in the process of relocation, and all Tangxia will move to Panyu. If you live in Panyu, it is more suitable. Otherwise, it will be troublesome to go to the subway and transfer to the bus. The strength of the company is not bad. They are all big cows, and you can definitely learn a lot when you go in; however, the work intensity may be similar to that of a start-up Internet company, and I heard that I often work overtime.

Interview suggestion: If you know the technology yourself, especially the familiar ones written in the resume, it is best to read some principles. There are many questions in this area. If you don’t understand it, you will easily be asked.

 

NetEase Games:

I'm dealing with the company's java platform development engineer, who is not doing an Internet project, but a game statistics display platform, mainly for the insiders of the company.

The interview process was relatively smooth. I felt that the interview was okay on both sides, but during the second interview, a few programming questions were given to me on the spot, which were considered relatively open questions. I didn't expect a good solution, so I talked about the common solution, which may not have answered the answer they wanted. The final result was to let me wait for the notification, and I knew it should be hung up. The result is indeed hung up.

Comprehensive evaluation: During the interview, I heard that the department is divided into several groups, some of which are specially responsible for data analysis and big data processing. If you can transfer to this group later, then your own development should be good. NetEase Games is a big company, and it should have all the basic benefits. Everyone should recognize this.

Interview suggestion: Take a look at various complex queries or stored procedures of mysql, because some topics cannot be found in general related queries. If you ask for answers directly, maybe they have a good solution now, but I really don’t think it’s appropriate for interviewers to answer in such a short period of time during the interview process that they can’t find information on the Internet.

 

Vipshop:

Vipshop should also be a company that many developers in Guangzhou want to enter. Let me talk about the company environment first. The front desk hall gives me the first feeling of atmosphere, but the office is a bit too stingy, and the seats for each person are very narrow.

Well, let’s talk about the interview situation. Once I got there, I did a written test question, which was of average difficulty, and then I faced a total of three interviews. The first two interviewers were very nice and approachable; the third interviewer gave me the impression that he was very subjective. Many of my answers directly said that I did not understand correctly, and then I asked his understanding, and then I asked him again. When I asked him where he saw it, he said it was written like this in the book, and I was also drunk. For example, he asked about the main function of the singleton pattern, and I only answered one point. One instance can save resources, but he directly said no. He said that the main function is: in many cases, it is necessary to ensure that there is only one instance, and multiple instances are not better than singletons. It takes up a lot of resources, so saving resources is secondary. I asked him where he saw it. He said that in the book... Actually, I made a big taboo in the interview. It is best not to argue with the interviewer during the interview. The reason for death is not well understood. So as you can imagine, I was asked to go back and wait, and after a few days, I received an inappropriate email. Well, as expected.

Then again, the position I was interviewing for was a java engineer position in their operation center, and I was working on operating related systems, not Internet systems, and I didn’t know what the prospects were.

Comprehensive evaluation: Three words for the company's environment: it is tall, but it is far away in Fangcun, Liwan District. In addition, I heard that the monthly salary of Vipshop is high, but the salary is 13 months a year, so the thirteenth month should be equivalent to the year-end bonus.

Xinyu Software (based in Procter & Gamble):

In fact, I have always been very disgusted with outsourcing companies, but HR said that they were doing Internet projects, so they fooled me into the interview. It is good to work in Procter & Gamble, but after the project is over, I still have to go back to Xinyu Software Headquarters.

Okay, let’s talk about the interview situation. I participated in the interview at P&G. The interviewer should be an employee of Xinyu Software who is stationed in P&G. In fact, there is only one interview. The two responsible people met together. It can be said that the interview was very smooth, and I asked a lot of questions. These are all items on my resume, and I rarely ask in depth. However, I said later that if I join the company, I will only be doing Internet-related projects, and they seem to have opinions and say that I will do everything. It seems that what I said to HR is two different things, because I insisted all the time, and then I was asked to go back and wait for the notification, and I haven't been notified until now. Well, I didn't want to go to the outsourcing company, and I didn't feel a sense of belonging. It was originally aimed at the Internet project. go.

Comprehensive evaluation: Like other outsourcing companies, I have never worked in an outsourcing company, so I don't know much about it. If you say that you are stationed in the factory to work at Procter & Gamble, then the working environment is indeed quite good.

Interview suggestion: The project on your resume is your real project, so the interview process should be smooth.

 

Blue Moon E-commerce Department:

In fact, I don’t really want to go to traditional industries. I feel that traditional industries are not helpful for my technical improvement. When I applied for Blue Moon, I actually voted for it through a headhunter. The headhunter said that the e-commerce department is currently transforming into the Internet, doing Internet projects, and the prospects are good, so I went to participate in the interview.

Next, let’s talk about the interview situation. The first is the HR interview to understand my resignation, etc. The second is the technical person in charge, who is approachable and chats a lot of technical issues, but they are not in-depth discussions. He is also very sure of my ability. He also said that at a young age, I already have such technical ability and vision, which is very good. On the three sides, it is the head of the department. I feel that it is very good. There are not many technical questions. Many of them are related to the situation of the department. For example, the current technical personnel of the department have more than 60 people in Java. I talked about the salary later, and asked me how much I could accept at the minimum. I offered a salary that was lower than I expected, because I felt that the team was large and the prospects should be good.

The next day, HR sent me an offer, but I didn't get the salary I offered, and the probation period was half a year, and the salary after the regularization was not explained. I suddenly felt that Blue Moon was not reliable. Called and communicated with HR many times, he said that there is no way to do the company system, well, then I will delay for a few more days to reply to them. In the end I refused.

Comprehensive evaluation: Blue Moon is an industrial company. The current office is still in Luogang. There is a shuttle bus to and from get off work, and there are major trunk lines in the city. I heard that the e-commerce department will move to the vicinity of Huashi in June this year. Pro should be a good choice.

Interview suggestion: They tend to recruit people with Internet work experience, hoping to use dubbo's rpc distributed framework, etc. If you are such a person, then you are already very suitable, if not, prepare for this information The same can apply.

 

Kugou Music (Star Network):

Let’s talk about the interview situation first. When I arrived at the company, I did a written test first. There were many textual logic comprehension questions, as well as a technical question. It took more than an hour to complete, and I felt that the logic problem was very difficult, not the kind of pictures, but full text comprehension, which felt like reading comprehension. After completing the written test, I entered the first side, and the first side was relatively smooth. The main questions I asked were related to my project experience, and I could basically answer them; the second side was similar, and it was relatively smooth.

However, the interview results have not been received so far. It is estimated that the written test is too bad and has been passed.

Comprehensive evaluation: Doing live broadcasts is conducive to technology improvement; there are already tens of millions of users, and the future is promising; working in Tangxia, the office environment is good.

Interview suggestion: It is best to practice reading comprehension type logic questions first. The technical points on the resume do not require all proficiency, but at least two or three proficiency points.

 

Rongyuan Technology:

This is a start-up company, and it is still forming core team members, but they want to recruit some big cows who can build the entire team server framework at a price far below the market price. I can only say that this is basically impossible. .

This company mainly wants to be a gaming financial APP. In fact, there are still prospects. The senior members of the team are basically from NetEase.

Talk about the interview process: I just arrived with a written test question, which is not too difficult, but involves a wide range of knowledge. After finishing the interview, the project leader basically asked me to talk about the recent project, introduce the structure of the project and so on. It can be seen that he is very satisfied with me, but when talking about the salary later, he directly asked me if I would consider it if I could not meet your expected salary, and said that he could only give me the minimum expected value to 2/3. Let me take care of the whole server-to-architecture. I know this may be an opportunity for me to exercise, but the start-up company is exhausted and the treatment is not fair. How many people are willing to go. So I refused outright.

Comprehensive evaluation: If the salary requirements are not high, and if you have a certain structural ability, and want to train yourself, you can definitely consider Rongyuan Technology.

Interview suggestion: Look at the knowledge of face-to-face and linux for the written test questions. The interview is only one side, mainly describing your own project, which is not difficult.

 

Xuanwu Technology:

I went to this company for an interview, but I made a mistake, because I didn't see what the company was doing before submitting my resume, and I mistakenly thought it was a game maker. This company is a listed company that provides SMS and CMS solutions to enterprises. They say that it is not outsourcing, but in fact it is outsourcing. It is a Party B company.

Interview process: The written test questions are not difficult, and the face-to-face scriptures are basically familiar. One side and the other side are both technical. On the one hand, many technical questions are asked, usually around project experience; How good is the company for brainwashing me; three aspects are HR, mainly talking about salary, saying that it may not give me the expected salary, but the future development will be much better. Later, I also refused directly. Even if I was given the expected salary, I would give up because it was not the type of company I wanted to go to.

Comprehensive evaluation: The salary is medium and high, the technology should be similar to that of the outsourcing company, and there are some more mature one or more sets of outsourcing special frameworks. It is not an Internet company, there is no concept of big data and high concurrency, and there is no room for technological improvement.

Interview advice: read more interviews.

 

UC Browser:

This was the last company I interviewed for, and the one I most wanted to be in.

I don't need to introduce this company, everyone knows it.

Interview process: I did a written test first, but I didn't finish it within the time limit, thinking it was over. After that, the interviewer started the interview. The questions asked by the interviewer were relatively open, and I directly asked me to choose a technology that I am good at to give an introduction. I chose mysql, which introduced engine/index/query optimization, etc. The questions asked later were relatively simple, and there were no in-depth questions. In the second interview, it was the person in charge of the department, and I didn't talk about technical issues. She trusted the first interviewer's technical judgment on me, so she mostly chatted about before and after. After the second interview, it was noon, and the interviewer invited me to the dining hall to have dinner together, because there was an HR interview in the afternoon. I happened to have a friend in uc, so I didn't go with the interviewer. I asked my friend to take me to the dining hall for a meal. Then, after 1:30 in the afternoon, the HR interview began. HR asked some questions such as the reasons for leaving the company. Later, they introduced me to the corporate culture of UC, and also introduced me to the department I am about to join. I didn’t talk much about the salary. Because I wanted to join UC too much, I asked them to evaluate and give me a suitable salary. The salary given by HR was quite satisfactory, although it did not meet my expectations. But I believe everyone knows the benefits of UC, so I don’t think it matters if the salary is low.
