Interview 20 companies a month, summed up the experience

I won’t say much about the bells and whistles. If there is someone who is going to interview recently, and the interview experience is not particularly rich, you can refer to these points.

1. Invest in some ordinary companies first, and then invest in ideal companies after you come up with your own experience.

2. Do not take the initiative to mention unfamiliar technologies.

3. For companies that offer 20% off for a 6-month internship, don't go unless you have no other options.

4. Small companies like to put pressure on you in salary, and increase it appropriately when opening.

5. Don't go to job fairs, it's a waste of time.

6. Treat the interview as a technical exchange, don't care too much about whether you can be admitted.

7. The company usually decides whether or not to admit it after the interview. It is generally not a problem to ask you to go back and wait for the news, no matter how good you think the interview is.

8. Try to pass phone interviews as little as possible, the effect is not good.

9. On interview days, keep learning every day, whether it's learning something new or reviewing something old.

10. After getting the offer, ask yourself if this company has satisfied you 100%, if not, please continue to work hard to find a better one.

11. The interviewer can roughly judge the situation of this company.

12. Many resumes submitted by pull hooks will be screened out, but pull hooks are still the main source of interview opportunities.

13. An ideal company can vote several times. I have several times when the first vote was screened out, and the experience was passed after a few more votes.

14. Ask yourself if you have in-depth research knowledge, seize the opportunity to perform well, and don't let it go easily.
