Carry out innovation in bond varieties, and support low-cost financing by issuing bonds around strategic emerging industries and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" incubation industries.
Promote the construction of Internet financial innovation centers. Select qualified banking financial institutions in the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to explore a financing service method that combines equity and creditor's rights for technological innovation and entrepreneurial enterprises; encourage qualified banking financial institutions to comply with laws and regulations and under the premise of controllable risks. Realize investment and loan linkage with venture capital and equity investment institutions to support technological innovation and entrepreneurship.
Promote the pilot projects of intellectual property securitization and equity crowdfunding, and explore and standardize the development of Internet finance that serves innovation.
As an important part of Internet finance, equity crowdfunding has been officially defined as one of the financial means and tools to serve technological innovation.
This means that equity crowdfunding will be the first in Beijing to be deeply integrated with various financial tools and means to serve technological innovation.
At the same time, the pilot equity crowdfunding financing may soon land in Beijing!
